After 30 plus years of starting and operating US ABALONE and later AMERICAN ABALONE FARMS (sold the farm in 2018), Tom Ebert started a new business selling LIVE California Farm Raised Red Abalone - Abalone To Go - in 2020.
The business currently focuses on supplying California Red Abalone to restaurants, markets and wholesalers in the San Francisco/San Jose Bay Area in California.
We have recently started selling DIRECT to the PUBLIC and shipping abalone to other locations outside the Bay Area
